Is this name too unique?

I actually like Iason - it's very interesting. It's the original Greek form of Jason and I believe it's used in Greece today. However, I do think you will have pronunciation problems with it in the US. People will wonder if it's EYE-a-son, ee-AY-sun, etc. Ezra is very straightforward to pronounce, though.
