As far as sex do what you want. But you should know that even if you never ever have sex or have a baby, you can still get cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, vaginal infections, etc., so you should still establish with an OB/Gyn and get regular pelvic exams and pap smears. You still have to maintain the "equipment" even if you never use it.
